The Position: 

As Kitchen Help, at Fireside Catering, you will follow the directive of the Charge Chef and assist in preparing and serving delicious menu items for a wide variety of events. This includes assembly of hors 'd oeuvres, building of salads, entree plating and more. The Responsibilities: 

  • Kitchen Help Coordinate with other staff members to ensure that all elements of the event, including setup, serving, and cleanup, are executed flawlessly 
  • Learn and apply food safety and sanitation guidelines 
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including proper storage and labeling of all food items 
  • Ensure that all food waste is minimized and disposed of properly
