About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team. This role combines consultative sales, creative design, and project coordination to deliver high-quality kitchen and bath solutions for our customers.
You will guide customers from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring a seamless experience while driving sales and building long-term relationships.
Best-in-class customer service is the number one objective.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct consultative sales appointments to understand customer needs, budgets, and timelines
  • Measure job sites and develop accurate kitchen and bath designs
  • Create presentations, proposals, quotes, and design renderings
  • Use 2020 Technologies (or similar software) to produce detailed layouts
  • Develop accurate estimates and manage pricing and margins
  • Place vendor orders and manage special orders according to company procedures
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, and installers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to ensure successful completion
  • Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Prospect for new business and meet or exceed sales goals

What You Bring
  • Strong consultative sales and customer service skills
  • Experience with kitchen and bath design (preferred)
  • Proficiency with 2020 Technologies or similar design software
  • Ability to read plans, take measurements, and create accurate layouts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
