We are seeking career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.
This is a hands-on position and the ability to safely operate power hand tools is helpful. Training is provided for the completion of cabinet redooring, refacing, and kitchen remodeling projects. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Arrive to the job site on time in a logoed shirt and appropriate work clothing.
  • Follow instructions given by the project manager.
  • Follow Kitchen Tune-Up's customer service Trustpoints on every project and job site.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly, and clean up daily.
  • Communicate with the project manager daily about the progress.
  • Prepare job site for projects and break down and clean up when complete.
  • Perform demo of existing kitchens as jobs require.
  • Perform cabinet modifications and installations.
  • Perform door, panel, drawer, and hardware installations.
  • Perform cabinet storage solution installations.
  • Measure, cut, and install veneer and moldings (ISC, OSC, toe kick, baseboards, casings, crown, etc.).
  • Work quickly and efficiently.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Respect customers and their homes.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Excellent in Assembling and installation of cabinets
  • Ability of cabinet modification and customization
