About the Position
Kitchen Tune-Up Brunswick Islands, NC  is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented installer for Cabinet Refacing & Trim Carpentry as well as the installation of New Cabinets and full Kitchen Remodels. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, especially with trim and molding, and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Refacing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a solid background and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities

  • Remove existing cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware
  • Install new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, hinges, and accessories
  • Perform cabinet refacing processes including surface preparation and veneer installation (training provided)
  • Install trim and molding, including crown molding and decorative cabinet trim
  • Ensure precise measurements, alignment, and finishing for a professional appearance
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners when needed
Qualifications

  • Experience with trim carpentry, especially crown molding installation
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Experience installing cabinets, cabinet doors, drawers, hinges, and cabinet hardware
  • Ability to safely use common carpentry tools and equipment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Preferred (Not Required)

  • Previous cabinet refacing experience
  • Experience working in residential remodeling
