Responsabilites  

Creerdes experiences attrayantes pour les clients en partageant leur expertise sur l'amelioration de votre maison 

Contribuer a l'atteinte desobjectifs financiers du magasin en offrant un service de classe mondiale a nos clients 

S'assurer que le magasin respecte les normes visuelles, de reapprovisionnement, de proprete, de securite et d'arriere-boutique pendant les quarts de travail de gestion 

Maintenir un environnement dans lequel tous les collaborateurs sont traites equitablement, avec dignite et respect, conformement a notre philosophie People First 

Criteres 

1 a 2ans d'experience dans la vente, le service a la clientele, le design ou la decoration, le merchandising visuelde preference (specialite de vente au detail preferee, mais pas obligatoire) 

Exigences physiques et d'horaire 

Doit etre capable d'etre mobile dans l'espace de vente pendant de longues periodes 

Doit etre capable de soulever et de mobiliser des objets de taille moyenne a grande, jusqu'a 75 lb, tout en utilisant l'equipement et les techniques de securite appropries 

Les associes a temps plein doivent etre disponibles pour repondre aux besoins de l'entreprise. 

Les associes a temps partiel Flex doivent etre disponibles pour travailler au moins 15 heures par semaine, dont deux quarts de travail reguliers le week-end (samedi et dimanche) et deux pendant la semaine (lundi au vendredi). Les associes doivent etre disponibles pour l'inventaire annuel et toute la periode des fetes (novembre et decembre). La disponibilite le week-end ne peut pas tomber le meme jour ; un associe doit etre disponible deux jours distincts (samedi et dimanche).
