The Haven at Autumn Cove, AL's state-of-the-art assisted care and memory care community is now accepting applications for Kitchen Aide to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of meals to our senior residents. As a you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals that meet their dietary needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and service of meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and guidelines.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure meals are prepared on time and meet quality standards.
  • Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Maintain inventory of food and supplies, and notify supervisor of any shortages.
  • Monitor residents' dietary needs and preferences, and make appropriate accommodations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring their dining experience is positive and enjoyable.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a dietary aide role or a similar position is preferred.
