This role will assist the lead ILSM in all Sustainment activities associated within the portfolio. He or She will support requirements for implementation of Support Equipment, Spares, Repairs, Kit Management, Tech Manuals, Training, Material Requirements, Supplier Coordination, Activation, Modification, and Depot Requirements. This position will also support the creation of internal and external executive-level presentations to ensure messages are communicated correctly and consistently.

Additionally, this position will work closely with the Program Management team to ensure comprehensive logistics, sustainment planning, and support requirements meet contractual obligations. Selected individual will actively support regularly scheduled meeting(s) with suppliers and customers and work directly with items analysts, supply chain management (SCM), contracts, pricing, customer representatives and with shipping entities to ensure timely attention, tracking, status of items in repair and/or procurement. CAM (Cost Account Manager) duties will be included in this role.

This is a high visibility position and the individual filling this role must be able to work independently as well as be a team player and be willing to support other team members on proactive basis in any capacity needed. This role is a 4/10 schedule which is 10hrs a day Mon - Thur. This role will be 50% in office and 50% telecommute.

Identifies customer's system needs and responds to requests for proposals; performs feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, etc.; develops appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.; prepares and presents technical product information to customers. Post-installation and implementation responsibilities include technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to software problems.
