Job Title: Clean Room PackagerJob Description

This role involves working in a clean room environment to assemble, package, label, and kit medical device components used for surgical instruments. You will follow detailed work instructions and blueprints, handle small parts with precision, and support high-volume production while maintaining strict quality and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble containers and kits for surgical instruments by following blueprints, work orders, and detailed instructions.
  • Perform a variety of tasks including assembly, packaging, labeling, and kit packing in a cross-trained production role.
  • Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, nuts, bolts, and locking compounds to secure components accurately.
  • Read and follow travelers to gather required parts and set up your workstation at the start of each shift.
  • Box, label, and package final products and test tubes according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspect assembled components and finished products using visual checks and microscopes when required to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain high production output while ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the shipping department as needed, including preparing products for shipment and supporting related tasks.
  • Follow all clean room protocols, including proper gowning procedures and contamination control requirements.
  • Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to support documentation and potential regulatory or FDA audits.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, and work orders in English.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English for documentation and audit support.
