UCT is looking for a talented FAB Onsite Tech I to join us in Chandler, AZ!
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The Semiconductor Equipment Technician is a UCT employee supporting the UCT Products Division, working onsite at Intel's fab in South Chandler, AZ. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and testing semiconductor equipment and integrated systems within the fab environment.
This is a hands-on technical role working across mechanical and electrical systems, supporting both initial installation and ongoing equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission UCT semiconductor equipment and systems
  • Integrate third-party components (pumps, subsystems, etc.)
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on installed equipment
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure proper system operation
  • Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues
  • Read and interpret:
    • Electrical schematics
    • Mechanical drawings
  • Support:
    • Equipment startup
    • Performance verification
  • Collaborate with:
    • Engineering teams
    • Site leads
    • Customer (Intel) stakeholders
  • Document:
    • Work performed
    • Issues identified
    • System performance
  • Support equipment upgrades and improvements

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience with:
