To thrive as a Kistler (a professional involved in fruit harvesting, particularly cherries, in certain German-speaking regions), you need good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and experience with agricultural work. Familiarity with picking tools, sorting equipment, and safe handling procedures is typically required, and knowledge of basic agricultural safety standards is an advantage.
