Kingsman Property Partners is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Transaction Coordinator to join our growing real estate solutions company.

This is a full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Team members are expected to work approximately 35-40 hours per week and maintain consistent availability during standard business hours to coordinate with sellers, title companies, buyers, and the internal team.

This role begins once a purchase agreement has been signed and is responsible for managing every step of the transaction through closing. The Transaction Coordinator serves as the central point of communication, ensuring all deadlines are met, documentation is complete, title issues are resolved, and every party remains informed throughout the process.

Compensation is $45,000 - $70,000 annually, consisting of a $3,000 monthly base salary plus $400 for every file successfully closed. As Kingsman Property Partners continues to grow, top performers will have opportunities to take on additional operational responsibilities and help build the company's transaction management systems.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, process-driven, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a critical operations role for someone who takes pride in protecting revenue, preventing problems before they occur, and ensuring every deal reaches the closing table.

This position is primarily virtual; however, candidates must be located within the Chicagoland area, including the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs, as the team meets in person on a quarterly basis.

$45,000 - $70,000 OTE

• Manage all real estate transactions from signed contract through successful closing

• Coordinate communication between sellers, title companies, buyers, and internal team members to keep transactions moving forward

• Track deadlines, contingencies, title requirements, and closing timelines to ensure nothing is missed

• Collect, organize, and maintain complete and accurate transaction documentation

• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay or prevent a closing

• Provide exceptional customer service by keeping sellers informed and guiding them through every step of the process

• Maintain accurate transaction records, closing updates, and file statuses within the company's CRM and systems

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of transaction coordination, escrow, title, administrative, or real estate operations experience preferred

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM systems, Google Workspace, and other transaction management software; real estate experience is a plus but not required
