  • Use CCC ONE, Audatex, and/or Mitchell to ensure estimates are precise and fully documented
  • Audit repair plans for OEM procedure compliance, correct labor times, and proper parts evaluation
  • Understand and apply insurance carrier requirements to ensure alignment and compliance
  • Analyze trends in estimate quality, documentation, supplements, and repair outcomes
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve workflows, technology, and customer processes
  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of Kinetic's estimating, diagnostics, and repair planning platforms
  • Participate in training initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities across the organization

Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in collision estimating or as an auto claims adjuster
  • Proven success in delivering exceptional customer service in a B2B collision repair environment
  • Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell, and Audatex software
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle virtual desk review operations efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • I-CAR and/or ASE certifications preferred
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and industry events
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and incentive stock options (ISOs)
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Health savings account (HSA) available with company contribution
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSAs)
  • Flexible time off
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
