Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Kinetic Care Center, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, individualized patient care through comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation of therapeutic interventions.
  • Coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team to manage a complete therapeutic process for your assigned patient group.
  • Implementing and guiding patients through personalized care plans focused on rehabilitation goals and enhancement of overall well-being.
  • Providing skilled therapeutic interventions in accordance with best practices and legal guidelines to improve the patient's physical function and quality of life.
  • Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapy practices, exercises, and the use of adaptive devices necessary for post-therapy care.
  • Prioritizing patient caseloads and efficiently managing daily staffing needs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric patients requiring rehabilitation after surgery to adults managing chronic pain or recovering from injuries. You will engage patients in setting achievable therapy goals while providing emotional support and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications
  • Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapy License in the state of New Jersey.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required within the first month of employment.
Preferred Experience

While one year of clinical experience is preferred, we are open to applicants who have recently graduated and are eager to learn in a supportive environment. Previous experience in orthopedics or rehabilitation will be considered an asset as you step into this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
