Job Summary:
We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. As an F&B Server, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences that reflect our commitment to extreme kindness and active excellence. Whether you're serving a crafted cocktail or sharing your love for the mountains, you’ll help foster genuine connections between guests, team members, and the community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience
• Share enthusiasm for the outdoors and the Kindred mission during guest interactions
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings to align with service goals and team updates
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations
• Accurately enter orders using the point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace throughout the shift
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of previous restaurant experience preferred
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within a dynamic team
• Fluent English required; bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays 

The expected pay range is $12.14/hr - $13.50/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
