Job Summary:

We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Kindred Resort is a visionary development with a mission to be the most welcoming luxury hospitality experience through extreme kindness and active excellence. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. Our goal is to spark elevated experiences that welcome all kindred spirits.

We are seeking passionate, skilled, and guest-focused Estheticians to join our opening team and help shape the future of wellness at Keystone’s premier luxury property. The Esthetician provides exceptional skincare services, delivers personalized and results-driven treatments, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism within a luxury spa environment. This role includes facials, advanced skincare treatments, body services, and wellness enhancements, all delivered with a strong focus on guest experience, education, and customization in alignment with Forbes-level service expectations.

Job Specifications: 

• Starting Wage: $0.01/hr - $25.01/hr
• Employment Type: Year Round 
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide facials to guests
• Provide waxing treatments to guests who may request such a treatment either ahead of the appointment or during the appointment
• Provide makeup applications to guests and bridal groups
• Be able to maintain a regular schedule
• Promote and sell appropriate skin care products
• Maintain all aspects of room and instrument sanitation
• Partakes in monthly events when required
• Works well within the spa team environment
• Able to conduct spa tours when necessary
• Prepares and maintains the products, supplies and equipment within the facial room
• Be comfortable to prescribe the appropriate treatments to a guest
• Keep facial rooms stocked and maintained during and after use
• Be upbeat and have fun!
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be board certified in the State of Colorado -required   
• Must carry personal liability insurance
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be willing to make every guest visit and experience of a lifetime
• Must attend product knowledge training
• Must possess good organizational skills
• Must be able to work well within a team environment
• “Can-Do” attitude a must
•  Must possess the skills required to use all equipment and products that are used within the esthetic department
• Must be proficient in all facets of proper skin care
• Must be able to address guest concerns with their skin
• Must be able to make recommendations to guest regarding skin requirements and products that should be used on a regular basis
• Must be able to perform a variety of waxing treatments
• Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest

The expected pay range is $0.01/hr - $25.01/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
