As a remote mental health therapist, you will have the advantage of working from home while maintaining access to a collaborative outpatient office environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Delivering effective individual therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy, depending on the client's preferences and accessibility needs.
• Collaborating with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participating in regular training and supervision sessions to continuously enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on emerging mental health practices.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to provide the support and strategies they need to navigate their unique circumstances. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate a safe space for client discussions.
• A genuine compassion and empathy for clients’ experiences, along with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance caseload and administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be at an advantage:

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting, managing a diverse caseload of clients.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual client engagement.
• Specialized training in evidence-based therapy techniques such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
