Job Requirements
  • Board certified in Interventional Cardiology
  • Active state medical license or IMLC eligibility
  • DEA certification required
  • ACLS and BLS required
  • At least 1 year of relevant physician experience preferred
  • Ability to provide inpatient procedural and call coverage
  • Willingness to participate in continuity-focused scheduling
  • Current CV required for consideration
Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage during scheduled clinical hours
  • Manage consults, procedures, and follow-up care for cardiovascular patients
  • Respond to overnight pager call within the required call radius
  • Collaborate with the care team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain thorough documentation and communication across shifts
  • Deliver consistent coverage across assigned dates to support continuity of care
  • Work scheduled blocks throughout the assignment, including the listed open dates as needed
