Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role located in Annapolis, MD. The Retail Salesperson will greet customers, engage in conversation to understand their needs, and guide them through product options to support informed purchases. Responsibilities include maintaining in-depth product knowledge, presenting merchandise, processing sales transactions, and handling returns or exchanges. The role also involves keeping the sales floor organized, replenishing stock, entering new inventory, assisting with visual displays, and ensuring the store remains clean and inviting. The Retail Salesperson will provide consistent, high-quality customer service, address questions and concerns, and contribute to meeting sales goals while collaborating with the store team.
