Job description

We are Cotton Onย

Cotton On is an Australian-born fashion and lifestyle brand bringing a laid-back, optimistic Aussie energy to more than 20 countries. We make everyday dressing feel easy, fun, and accessible, and we use our scale to make a real difference through the Cotton On Foundation. In the US, we're growing fast and building a marketing team that can turn that global footprint into real brand love with Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and families.ย

Cotton On Kids is a brand with its own customer, its own energy, and its own community. We're looking for someone who gets the parent-and-child dynamic, loves the product, and is excited to run an entire brand marketing function across social, creators, community, and events.ย

Your impact @ Cotton On Kidsย

Cotton On Kids is looking for a Senior Specialist, Kids Brand Marketing to own how the Kids brand shows up in the US across social, creator programmes, community, and events. You'll take a brand that already has huge energy globally, work closely with the Kids team in Australia, and help it find its voice for US families.ย

Benefits You'll Loveย

  • 50% team member discount across all brandsย

  • Competitive payย

  • 24/7 wellness supportย

  • Performance & Peak incentivesย

  • Medical, Dental, Vision & more for you and your familyย

  • 401(k) matching + financial wellness supportย

  • Development opportunities with room to growย

  • Quarterly COG Awards & real-time recognitionย

About the Role

In this role, you are the day-to-day owner of the Kids marketing calendar, social channels, parent creator community, and local activations. You'll turn global briefs into US-ready stories and experiences that feel joyful, useful, and current for parents and kids alike. You'll manage an intern while staying deeply hands-on in the work.ย

Day to day, you'llย

Run the brandย

  • Own the US marketing calendar for Cotton On Kids across seasonal moments, storytelling opportunities, and community activations.ย

  • Translate global Kids briefs from the AUS team into US-relevant social, creator, and event plans.ย

  • Be the US voice for Kids in cross-functional conversations. You know the product, the customer, and the commercial context.ย

  • Work closely with the global AUS marketing team to align on creative direction, assets, and campaign timing throughout the year.ย
    ย

Manage the channelsย

  • Own and manage Cotton On Kids' US social channels across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms, posting consistently, maintaining brand voice, and keeping the feed alive and relevant.ย

  • Build and manage the content pipeline, including creator content, community output, and event capture, so there's always something coming.ย

  • Track what's performing, what's not, and use that to improve what gets made next.ย

  • Stay current on what's working in the parent and family creator space: the formats, the sounds, the conversation.ย
    ย

Build the creator communityย

  • Own the Cotton On Kids US creator programme, finding the right parent and family creators, building relationships, and managing briefs end to end.ย

  • Lead the Funday Club programme in the US, a community of parent creators who produce Cotton On Kids content as brand advocates. Growing and nurturing this community is a core part of the job.ย

  • Understand what makes working with parent creators different. This is a specific skill set that requires cultural awareness, relationship care, and a genuine feel for this community.ย

  • Brief creators clearly, track deliverables, manage usage rights, and report on performance.

Create brand momentsย

  • Plan and execute Cotton On Kids in-store events and brand activations in the US, from concept through to post-event recap.ย

  • Work with global licensing partners on US Kids brand collaborations: kids' IP, toy brand partnerships, and culturally relevant moments.ย

  • Proactively identify activation opportunities that get the brand in front of the right customer at the right time.ย

  • Manage the intern effectively, briefing, delegating, and developing, while staying deeply hands-on in your own output.

This role is for you if,ย

  • You have 3 to 5+ years in brand, social, or creator marketing and you're energised by community-driven consumer brands.ย

  • Excited by the idea of owning Kids as its own spotlight inside a bigger global portfolio.ย

  • Comfortable owning a marketing calendar, running events, and still jumping in to brief creators, review content, and solve execution gaps.ย

  • Have experience managing social channels and content pipelines end to end, from planning through reporting.ย

  • Have experience planning and executing events, activations, or community moments and know how to move from concept to recap.ย

  • Bring genuine interest in or experience with kids, family, or parent-adjacent brands and you understand how to speak to parents without losing the fun.ย

  • Confident working with creators and communities in a way that feels thoughtful, organised, and brand-safe.ย

  • Naturally operate as a player-coach, comfortable owning strategy while also chasing assets, writing recaps, and pitching in wherever the work needs to move.ย

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSย ย

  • ย Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.ย

  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)ย

  • ย Comfortable moving equipment, product, or props as needed for shoots.ย
