Job description

The Kidcam Camp Director serves as the on-site leader responsible for ensuring the successful daily operations of the summer camp program. This role involves creating a safe, structured, and fun environment where campers can thrive, while actively leading, motivating, and supporting the camp staff team. The Director oversees all aspects of camp life, including scheduling activities, monitoring camper well-being, maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards, and building strong communication with parents and host partners. In addition, the Director manages pre-camp responsibilities such as staff recruitment, hiring, and training, and post-camp duties including final reports, records, and evaluations. The position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to deliver an unforgettable summer experience aligned with Kidcam’s mission and values.
