We are hiring DEEP WATER Lifeguards

Duties & Responsibilities:
โ€ข Maintains constant surveillance of individuals in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of all individuals in the event of an emergency.
โ€ข Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
โ€ข Advise residents and guests of improper activities or hazards and enforces and adheres to facility rules and regulations.
โ€ข Always present a professional appearance and attitude. Must follow NFC Uniform and Grooming Standards.
โ€ข Maintain a high standard of customer service.
โ€ข Perform various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
โ€ข Prepare and maintain appropriate activity reports.
โ€ข Accurately record time in/out by following the Company's Time and Attendance system.
โ€ข Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
โ€ข Must be CPR Certified with a valid certification issued by an accredited source of training.
โ€ข Must be Lifeguard Certified with a valid certification issued by an accredited source of training.
โ€ข Must always renew current Lifeguard and CPR certifications before their expiration.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
โ€ข Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures.
โ€ข Skill in the application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques.
โ€ข Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
โ€ข Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
โ€ข Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
โ€ข Effective communication skills and positive engagement with clients.
