Medical Doctors Only Apply. A Family Practice Physician Traditional Practitioner practice is seeking a qualified physician for WI. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. CompHealth is assisting a facility in Wisconsin that needs primary care physicians. They prefer candidates that will work 40 hours per week and see an average of 20 patients per day. The facility is accepting candidates who are board certified or board eligible in any primary care specialty. If you do not hold an active WI license, CompHealth has a licensing team to help you with the processing and application, if necessary. H-1B visa holders can be supported.

You will receive a competitive compensation package, medical benefits, and 35 days of PTO. You will also be provided relocation assistance, a $100K sign-on, a $4.5K CME stipend, a retirement plan, generous loan repayment, and malpractice insurance.
