Job description

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Product Marketing Director at KIBO, you will be the primary architect of our product narrative. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring that our KIBO’s platform isn’t just understood, but is seen as indispensable by modern retailers and B2B enterprises, and defining how we win in a competitive landscape.

ABOUT KIBO

KIBO Commerce is a composable commerce platform for B2C and B2B organizations that want to simplify the complexity in their businesses and deliver modern customer experiences.  We are the only modular, modern commerce platform that supports experiences spanning eCommerce, Order Management, and Subscriptions.  Merchants like Zwilling, Ace Hardware, and Reeds trust KIBO to bring simplicity and sophistication to commerce operations and deliver experiences that drive value.

KIBO’s expertise and cutting-edge innovation has been recognized by analysts, and was cited as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Order Management Systems, Q1 2025, and named a Challenger in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant Report for Digital Commerce.

By joining KIBO, you will be part of a team of Kibonauts all over the world in a remote-friendly environment. Whether your job is to build, sell, or support KIBO’s commerce solutions, we tackle challenges together with the approach of trust, growth mindset, and customer obsession. If you’re seeking a unique challenge with amazing growth potential, then come work with us!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Develop clear, compelling value propositions for KIBO’s core product solutions of Order Management and eCommerce.

  • Create the messaging, pitch decks, battle cards, win/loss analysis, and ROI assets that empower our sales team to crush quotas and handle objections with ease.

  • Lead the GTM strategy for new feature launches. You’ll coordinate across teams to ensure every release makes a splash in the market.

  • Become the resident expert on our competitors. You’ll track market shifts in the commerce and order management space and tell us exactly where we have the "right to win."

  • Partner with the Demand Gen team to produce high-funnel thought leadership, whitepapers, and webinars that drive high-quality leads.
