Job description

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full-time qualified candidate for Project Lead / Logistics Project Manager at our Federal Trade Commission logistics support location in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the daily customer interface with the COR and FTC logistics leadership.
  • Lead the four-person onsite logistics team and coordinate named alternates for continuity.
  • Maintain transition, escalation, quality control, communication, continuity, and SOP documentation.
  • Review ServiceNow metrics, service-level performance, open work orders, and aging requests.
  • Perform quality checks across asset, parking, supply, shipping, and support records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and invoice backup.
  • Review non-routine support requests before they become cost or schedule exposure.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading federal logistics, facilities support, or asset management service teams.
  • Ability to manage customer communications, reporting, quality control, and staff supervision.
  • Experience preparing operational plans, SOPs, performance metrics, and management reports.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar work-order and asset-tracking systems.
  • Able to pass FTC personnel security screening, fingerprinting, E-Verify, and suitability processing.
