Job description

Provides advice on critical performance management cycle events, including performance plans, critical elements, performance discussions. Experience in developing new and/or revising performance plans on an agency-wide basis, as the agency's primary resource in this area. Serves as the primary POC and System Admin for the agency's automated performance system.
Specifically experience in the following:
Best Practices:
Research and implement industry best practices in performance management, quality improvement, and talent development.
Feedback and Guidance:
Provide ongoing feedback to employees and managers on performance, assist with conflict resolution, and offer guidance on performance-related issues.
Goal Alignment:
Work with managers to set clear performance goals and develop individual development plans that align with organizational objectives.
Training and Development:
Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and address identified performance gaps.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare reports for management.
Develop and Implement Performance Systems:
