Director, Healio AI and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement
The Director of Healio AI Adoption and KOL Engagement will assume responsibility for Healio AI KOL development and activation as well as acquiring physician feedback on new and existing features, modules and content sources.
This role represents a critical investment in our AI-driven future as well as a critical role in driving physician usage of Healio AI. The singular most important part of this job is to build an engaged user base through demonstrations of Healio AI in the specialties that they are assigned. The role will function as the main liaison between the physician users and the Healio AI Build Team through a weekly feedback session in which the Director of Healio AI Adoption and KOL Engagement will provide feedback they have obtained from physicians and be charged with acquiring the next round of feedback. It is this iterative process that will be crucial to the success of Healio AI both in terms of the AI output as well as physician adoption within their clinical day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities are as follows: This position will be an integral part of the working build team that is comprised of the Chief AI Officer, VP of Healio AI Adoption and KOL Engagement, Senior VP of Product Development, Senior VP of Marketing, and Vice President, Application Development amp; Data Engineering. This small group works at a fast pace to create new features and make iterations on the current product. The position will work directly with KOLs to gain feedback, garner ideas on how to optimize the Healio AI platform and drive physician engagement. Product Development amp; Innovation through KOL Feedback: build an engaged user base through demonstrations of Healio AI in the specialties that they are assigned; build relationships with KOLs for the purpose of having them be beta testers, advisors and ambassadors. Create contractual relationships with KOLs to promote Healio AI, speak about Healio AI, etc.; create contractual relationships that allow us to use industry provided content; have a deep knowledge of Healio AI metrics, adoption goals and work with Marketing and the AI development team to achieve those goals; and assist in prompt engineering enhancements and AI model optimization using feedback from their KOL feedback loop.
Requirements include: 2-10 years of experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications or a related field. Travel is required.
The annual base salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
