Canada Dry Potomac Corporation, a proud member of The Honickman Companies, is hiring a Key Account Manager to represent our iconic beverage brands in the field. Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (depending on years of experience)

 

POSITION SUMMARY:  

Manage retail customer accounts to deliver leading volume and revenue growth of our portfolio of brands, entrenching the organization as a key strategic business partner to each customer.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position may vary.

  • Develop trusting relationships with your retail chain customers, elevating our perception with each retailer as a strategic business partner.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, from buying desk/c-suite to store level. 
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet our mutual business objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, inclusive of brand partners.
  • Evaluate ROI prior to recommending POS or customized solutions.
  • Deliver CMA budget for your accounts.
  • Develop and execute account specific CMA programs.
  • Assist in development and delivery of annual business review at each of your accounts.
  • Increase authorization/distribution of all packages and products.
  • Post ad analysis and evaluate promotional effectiveness.
  • Follow-up all key account calls with a call summary.
  • Track Feature Ad activity at your accounts.
  • Performs other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 5 years Sales/Marketing Management experience; OR 7 years Sales/Marketing Management experience.
  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
  • Related training or certification.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
