At Unify Consulting, Account Directors play a critical role in growing strategic client partnerships, expanding key accounts, and supporting high-performing consultants. Responsibilities

Lead

  • Contribute to account growth strategy and long-term relationship planning
  • Partner with Business Development, General Managers, and Solution Specialists to identify and pursue opportunities

  • Facilitate account-specific consultant onboarding and engagement success
  • Support and develop account management best practices
