Job Summary

Manages key channel partner relationships and sales programs by applying industry knowledge and account management expertise within the defined territory Works independently as a primary point of contact between the company and the distributors and helps to develop channel strategies, optimize partner performance, and drive revenue growth through sales for distributor channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of Sales Reporting and Analysis - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually
  • Participate In & Lead Weekly Sales Communications with Sales Leaders
  • Actively drive Product Launch Commercialization while monitoring post launch performance and determining any needed corrections.
  • Assist in the development of the Sales Playbook
  • Develop and execute Annual, Quarterly and On Demand Promotions to Drive Profitable Revenue
  • Develop and execute in person training and e-Learnings to drive mindshare for Southwire's product portfolio
  • Actively participate in Line Reviews to support Sales Leaders in securing new revenue opportunities
  • Lead efforts around Project Pipeline Management and Conversion Tracking
  • Manages and strengthens relationships with assigned distributors and customers within a defined territory, fostering strong partnerships to drive mutual growth.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
