Vice President, Sales# Vice President, SalesCorporate - Franklin, KY 42134## Description**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Sales Strategy & Leadership + Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expand market share in the adhesive tape industry. + Develops annual and strategic plans to meet revenue, margin, profitability and market penetration goals. + Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration within the sales department and between industry segments + Lead, mentor and develop high performing teams + Set clear goals to achieve company objectives.* Market Analysis & Planning + Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline that promotes new business on a consistent basis + Work closely with the Marketing, Product Management and Product Development teams to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging from Vybond to customers and the market in general. + Develop and implement targeted sales plans for key accounts + Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies* Customer Relationship Management + Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of client base, current needs and anticipated needs of client base.
