1 REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to the Director of Sales.


2 PURPOSE

2.1 Function

2.1.1 Maintain and develop productive client relationships. 2.1.2 Oversee projects and business relationships with assigned accounts.


3 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Maintain and communicate customer timelines and deliverables;

3.2 Initiate and develop strong relationship with customer base;

3.3 Analyze all existing program profitability and perform cost improvement activities to add value to the product and recover loss;

3.4 Lead new business RFQ meetings and manage tracking of quote performance to assure timing and targets are met or addressed;

3.5 Responsible for cost estimate for new products;

3.6 Field account and product-related calls from clients;

3.7 Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate;

3.8 Manage, support, and service the account-related needs of an assigned set of strategic customers;

3.9 All other duties as assigned.

7 QUALIFICATIONS

7.1 High school diploma or equivalent.

7.2 Three years account/project management experience preferred, with automotive experience a plus.

7.3 Excellent organizational and communication skills;

7.4 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;

7.5 Team player and model employee.

9 POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.

This position regularly requires extended hours and possible weekend work.
