Clean Team is seeking a dependable and motivated Site Manager to lead daily cleaning operations at Keurig Dr Pepper in Knoxville, Tennessee.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, maintaining high quality standards, and building strong client relationships. As the on-site leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and professionally maintained while supporting and developing your team.

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience
  • Prior supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead by example while motivating others

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
