Summary
The Consumer Experience Representative is Keter's voice to the consumers who reach out for support.
In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity to
  • Resolve inbound consumer inquiries via phone, webform, and email, while updating internal systems
  • Utilize Sales Force to manage cases
  • Become a product expert
  • Actively listen to customers and express empathy for their needs
  • Troubleshoot products issues using probing questions to determine root-cause to solve the consumer's inquiry
  • Deliver superior customer service through first call resolution
  • Use strong time management and organizational skills to meet goals
  • De-escalate upset customers by solving their problems

Requirements
