We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle demonstration, test drives, and feature explanations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and technology.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or text.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience preferred (automotive industry experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
