Job Description Position Overview / Purpose The Training and Employee Experience Specialist for our LVMH Beauty North America Distribution Center is instrumental in cultivating a dynamic and engaging work environment that supports employee growth, operational excellence, and organizational success. This role strategically designs and implements comprehensive training and development programs, fosters a positive and inclusive employee experience, and ensures compliance with essential regulatory standards. The specialist will serve as a key partner to Human Resources and business leaders in talent development and retention. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Training & Risk Mitigation
  • Coordinate and deliver mandatory annual HR training programs, including compliance, ethics, anti-harassment, and other essential regulatory topics.
  • Recommend and implement training solutions to address compliance gaps, estimate costs, and manage allocated budgets efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure all employees meet regulatory and company requirements, reducing risk of violations.
Onboarding Excellence & Employee Retention
  • Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process to ensure a positive, safe, and productive experience for all new hires, supporting retention and reducing turnover risk.
  • Design and oversee internship programs for Warehouse and Supply Chain functions, partnering with universities to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all training programs, onboarding processes, and employee experience initiatives.
Employee Development & Growth Initiatives
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, operational performance, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain effective collaboration with the LVMH Beauty NA Talent Development team, as well as alignment with Group processes.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify organizational and individual development requirements aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs, identifying high-potential employees and equipping leaders for success.
Positive Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Drive initiatives to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and respect by analyzing engagement data, conducting listening sessions, and implementing actionable improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote positive employee relations and a productive work environment.
  • Develop and deliver training modules focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to foster an equitable and respectful workplace environment.
Stakeholder Communication & Advocacy
  • Communicate program updates, schedules, and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and employees.
  • Represent the training function in cross-functional meetings, championing learning and development initiatives.
  • Support the development and dissemination of HR policies, procedures, and communications related to learning and development.
Compliance & Safety
  • Help coordinate comprehensive Health and Safety (H&S) training programs tailored to the distribution center environment in partnership with H&S Manager.
  • Support Health and Safety Manager with ongoing safety engagement and compliance initiatives to include onboarding
  • Track, analyze, and report on safety training participation and completion rates for HR annual central reporting

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development, with a strong focus on distribution, warehousing, or supply chain settings.
  • 3+years of Project Management experience; proven ability to plan, track, and communicate annual learning goals.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytics; able to interpret and leverage data to drive program effectiveness.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging and presenting to diverse audiences at all levels (Fluency in English & Spanish required, French is a plus).
  • Agile, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in health and safety training, compliance programs, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and follow-through.
  • Proven commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all learning initiatives.
  • High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
This onsite role allows one remote day per week and requires a flexible schedule for training across all shifts.
