Job description

Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a QA/QC Scientist in Beatrice, NE!
Shift: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
A Direct Hire Opportunity
Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000, DOE
Lead QA/QC efforts for innovative rare earth separation processes, managing lab operations, developing protocols, ensuring product quality, and supporting facility expansion projects. Work cross-functionally to commission and optimize processes and maintain product documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement QA/QC protocols
  • Operate and manage an analytical laboratory (ICP-OES/ICP-MS experience required)
  • Oversee QA/QC information for production and ensure products meet shipping requirements
  • Support project expansion from design through commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Analyze feedstock and issue Certificates of Analysis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in QA/QC Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
  • 10+ years in chemical or manufacturing QA/QC
  • Experience managing lab staff and developing protocols
Desired Skills:
  • Broad process quality oversight, lab management, and adaptability
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations
  • Strong self-management and computer skills
