Resumen del puesto:

Como manipulador de alimentos de concesiones en Keeneland Hospitality, será responsable de preparar, manipular y servir alimentos y bebidas de forma segura en un entorno dinámico y de alto volumen. Este puesto respalda las operaciones tanto de recepción como de cocina, garantizando la calidad, la limpieza y la eficiencia de acuerdo con los estándares y las normas sanitarias de Keeneland.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Preparar y servir alimentos utilizando el equipo de cocina.
  • Manipular los alimentos de acuerdo con las directrices de salud y seguridad del condado de Fayette y del estado.
  • Seguir los procedimientos adecuados de almacenamiento, saneamiento y preparación de alimentos en todo momento.
  • Mantener la limpieza de las áreas de preparación y servicio de alimentos, incluyendo las estaciones de trabajo, los utensilios y el equipo.
  • Ayudar con la reposición de suministros, ingredientes y condimentos según sea necesario.
