Your Practice
-
Monday through Friday outpatient schedule, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Work with a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who will help support your practice.

Assume the established patient panel of a retiring physician.

Enjoy significant autonomy over the development and management of your practice.

Treat a diverse range of hematology and oncology patients within an established referral network.

Opportunity to participate in clinical research based on your interests.

Benefit from the resources of a successful independent practice without the restrictions commonly associated with hospital employment.
Outstanding Call Schedule and Quality of Life

Call is shared equally among the physicians on a 1:8 rotation.

Call is taken one week at a time, approximately six weeks each year.

During the inpatient service week, the physician is supported by a dedicated inpatient Advanced Practice Provider.
-
Physicians typically begin inpatient rounds at approximately 9:00 a.m. and are generally finished by approximately 3:00 p.m.

The remaining seven weeks of the rotation are focused primarily on the physician's outpatient practice.

The structure provides an outstanding balance between clinical responsibility, professional autonomy and personal time.

Candidate Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology.
