Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full‑Time & Part‑Time – Paid Training Provided
Knoxville Center for Autism (KCA) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children ages 2–10 in a clinic‑based, supportive, and team‑oriented environment.
Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, guaranteed hours, and on‑site BCBA support — so you can focus on doing meaningful work without burnout.
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience and obtaining RBT certification
Raises: Opportunities for wage increases every 6 months, with additional advancement tied to leadership roles and professional development
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends
Location: Clinic‑based (no driving)

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions for children ages 2–10 using a Verbal Behavior approach
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data during each session
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, ongoing training, and RBT supervision
- Build life changing relationships with children and families through engaging, child‑focused ABA therapy
· Be physically active: able to lift up to 50lbs, move quickly, and get on the floor to play and interact with children

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Experience working with children (daycare, nannying, camps, schools, coaching, etc.)
- Willingness to obtain and maintain RBT certification
- Reliable, patient, energetic, and coachable
· Interest in professional growth within ABA, including leadership or future BCBA pathways, is strongly encouraged
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- NO ABA experience required – we will train the right people
