Job description

Delta Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team. Under the direction of the Inpatient Director, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals from newborn to geriatric while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team in a fast-paced hospital environment.
What You'll Do
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and the Nurse Practice Act
  • Prioritize and deliver care based on patient needs and diagnoses
  • Safely administer medications and monitor patient responses
  • Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Support discharge planning and patient/family education
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams
  • Participate in shift handoff and unit communication

What You'll Need
  • Active Colorado RN license
  • 1 year of nursing experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
  • BLS required upon hire
  • ACLS & PALS required upon hire or within 6 months
  • New grads: ACLS within 1 year, PALS within 18 months
  • Specialty certification preferred
