Job description

The responsibilities of the Server / Cocktail server includes but are not limited to providing the utmost customer service and care as you get our guests settled and take their food & drink orders. You will be required to be attentive to your guests at all times and anticipate their needs as to create and maintain a high level of service and exceptional experience with each and every guest. Additional responsibilities and duties:


  • Learn, practice, and maintain all Stage Karaoke Customer Service Standards.
  • Learn and have a complete knowledge on our Food and Beverage menu along with what we have to offer for our private rooms.
  • Have an understanding for Team work and is not afraid to help out the team when needed. 
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the server desk, service well sinks, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and other supplies when needed.
