Open Mic Hosts often encounter challenges such as managing unpredictable performer turnout, maintaining audience engagement, and handling technical issues on the spot. To manage these, it's important to have a flexible event structure, clear communication with performers, and a strong rapport with the audience. Being prepared with backup acts or activities and collaborating closely with venue staff can also help ensure the event runs smoothly and remains enjoyable for everyone involved.
