The Manager, Project Management position helps to manage the streamlined workflow of Global Prairie projects, bringing consistency to their portfolio of projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Leads and oversees the execution of work for simple/traditional and complex projects, including those with a high level of uncertainty and unknown dependencies.
  • Oversees the progression of projects from kick-off to completion.
  • Proactively leads and actively participates in the assessment and recommendations for creative, digital, client partnership, and strategy team assignments.
  • Demonstrates an ability to pivot and problem solve in partnership with project team.
  • Communicates high-level progress of work to greater Project Management functional team.
  • Delegates tasks to, guides and trains Associates and Junior Associates, as appropriate.
  • Responsible for monitoring and communicating project scope and analyzing financial performance. Sets and manages team expectations around timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Collaborates with project teams to ensure accuracy of forecasted resources and revenue.
  • Develops client-facing budget summaries, timelines, and next steps.
  • Regularly develops draft estimates, timelines, and assumptions for project scopes spanning across a duration of 1-12+ months, with varying degrees of complexity and unknown assumptions.
  • Participates in and/or manages new business efforts (organic and new) from a Project Management perspective.
  • Proactively and confidently monitors project performance, identifying and recommending opportunities for optimization.
  • Effectively manages changing priorities, with flexibility to pivot quickly as asks arise.

Additionally, the ideal candidate meets these qualifications:
  • Previous project management-related experience in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or paid media is considered a strong plus, but not required.
  • Experience in managing development style projects is also considered a strong plus, but not required.
  • Experience working with Kantata, Smartsheet and Ziflow a plus

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.
