Kantata is well-capitalized, hiring, and growing our loyal and diversified customer base faster than we ever have. Most importantly, we have a clear vision of where we're going and how to get there. (Hint: It involves you.) Did we mention that Kantata is also an awesome place to work? You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team that loves what they do. A talented team, great perks, and an amazing culture = an employee-rated Best Place to Work!
About The Opportunity
We're looking for a social media manager who lives and breathes digital trends, understands the nuance of B2B audiences, and has the creative instincts and growth mindset to build a brand presence that people care about - and can actually discover.
This is a builder role. You'll own social strategy from ideation through execution, creating original content, repurposing core assets into high-performing formats, and constantly looking for smarter ways to scale through AI and automation. You'll help shape how our brand and executive voices show up across platforms, search experiences, and AI-powered discovery.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel social media strategy that builds awareness, engagement, community, and discoverability across key channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit etc.)
  • Create and scale original and derivative content across written, visual, and video formats, optimized for platform culture, audience engagement, and modern discovery behaviors
  • Use AI tools to automate and accelerate content ideation, repurposing, optimization, social listening, and workflow efficiency
  • Create and optimize content to improve discoverability across AI-driven search experiences, LLM-generated answers, social algorithms, YouTube, Reddit, and platform-native search surfaces
  • Monitor conversations, engage authentically with our community, and build relationships with influential voices in the space
  • Create and scale executive thought leadership content across LinkedIn, video, and emerging formats by translating ideas, insights, and conversations into compelling content
  • Run lightweight experiments across formats, messaging, posting strategies, and AI-assisted workflows to continuously improve performance
  • Report on performance metrics tied to engagement, reach, audience growth, content discoverability, brand lift, and pipeline influence
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new features, emerging creator trends, and evolving AI/search behaviors - and apply those insights quickly

What We're Looking For:
  • B2B SaaS Experience:
4-5+ years in social media or content creation at a B2B SaaS company. You understand long sales cycles, technical audiences, and how to make complex ideas engaging and accessible.
  • Discoverability Mindset:
You understand that social content now influences search visibility, AI-generated answers, and brand discovery. You think beyond engagement metrics and care about how content gets surfaced and shared across platforms.
  • Strategy + Execution:
You think strategically but execute quickly. You can build a content roadmap, spot opportunities in real time, and create posts that resonate without overcomplicating the process.
  • Content Creator:
You produce - not just direct. Writing, short-form video, graphics, carousels, hooks, captions. You know what makes formats perform and you're comfortable creating hands-on.
  • Community Builder:
You know the difference between broadcasting and connecting. You engage like a human, understand platform culture deeply, and build real audience trust over time.
  • Growth-Oriented:
You experiment constantly, learn from data, and iterate quickly. You're energized by figuring out what works, why it works, and how to scale it.
  • Self-Starter:
You operate independently, set priorities proactively, and move fast without sacrificing quality. You don't wait for perfect conditions to test new ideas.

Compensation:
  • Base pay for this role is: $95k - 110k
  • This role is eligible for a company bonus

Our Philosophy
