We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader to drive the success of our Homewood location.


Job Summary:
The Store Manager is the entrepreneurial leader of the store, responsible for all aspects of its day-to-day operations and long-term profitability. You will oversee team performance, customer satisfaction, and financial health, ensuring the store operates efficiently and embodies the Kale Me Crazy brand values. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance administrative duties with a strong presence on the floor, motivating the team and engaging with our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Performance: Drive store profitability by managing the P&L, with a focus on increasing sales, managing labor costs to target (under 22%), and minimizing food waste.

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a high-performing team. Foster a positive, energetic, and service-oriented culture, and develop team members for future growth.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations, including food prep, kitchen workflow, quality control, and customer service to ensure consistent and exceptional guest experience.

• Inventory & Vendor Management: Manage all inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure the store is properly stocked with the freshest ingredients.

• Health & Safety: Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Administration: Process payroll, manage staff schedules, and handle all necessary administrative tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a management role within the restaurant, fast-casual, or hospitality industry.

• Proven experience managing a P&L and a strong understanding of the key levers of restaurant profitability.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of hiring, training, and developing successful teams.

• A genuine passion for a healthy lifestyle and an alignment with the Kale Me Crazy brand.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• ServSafe Manager Certification is highly preferred.
