Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a night shift travel contract in Hawaii, requiring an active HI RN license and ACLS/ENPC certifications.
Details
- Emergency Department (ED) setting at a hospital in Wailuku, Hawaii (Maui)
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM โ 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Epic EMR in use
Requirements
- Active Hawaii (HI) RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and ENPC (or PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration โ pending credentials are not accepted
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent ER experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Preferred: BSN or related field, CEN, TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale certification, and demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias
Additional Information
- Local candidates are welcome to apply, as the local rate is the same as the travel rate
- Candidates with prior assignments at Kaiser Permanente facilities should be aware that contingent workers may not exceed two years of cumulative work within a two-year period without a minimum 90-day break in service
