We are seeking Civil Construction Laborers (Levels I-IV) to join our crew. This role is hands-on, working in various civil construction projects, from excavation to concrete work. The higher the laborer level, the more responsibility and skill required. We provide on-the-job training and support career growth for employees who show dedication and capability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in site preparation, moving materials, cleaning job sites, and supporting higher-level crew members.
  • Performing basic excavation work, operating small tools and equipment, and assisting with septic system installation.
  • Operating machinery, setting up concrete forms, and helping oversee daily site operations.
  • Leading crews in the absence of a foreman, reading plans, ensuring job quality, and executing complex construction tasks.
  • Following safety protocols and maintaining job site cleanliness.
  • Working in various conditions, including heat, rain, and rugged terrain.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
  • Experience in excavation, underground utilities, traffic control, site preparation, or septic system installation is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus (Laborer III-IV levels).
