We are looking for a creative, motivated, and trend-driven Social Media Coordinator & Social

Media Sales Associate to manage our brand's online presence and support sales growth

through social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other

digital channels.

This role combines social media management, content creation, community engagement, sales

support, and event coordination to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and

overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain company social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram,

Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

Create, schedule, and upload engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and

promotional posts

Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities

Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional

manner

Track and analyze social media performance, engagement, and sales results

Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversion rates

Sales & Marketing Support

Support online and offline sales activities through social media marketing

Assist with influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships

Participate in livestream sales events and social commerce activities

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches, campaigns, and

promotions

Help manage customer relationships and online community engagement

In-Store Promotions & Events

Participate in and assist with the preparation of in-store promotions and marketing events

Support event setup, coordination, and on-site operations

Plan, organize, and execute promotional campaigns and customer engagement events

Assist in developing creative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and sales
