Job Description:

Beauty Master is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable K-Beauty Sales Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves Korean beauty products, enjoys working with customers, and can confidently lead and motivate a sales team.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily store operations while serving as a role model for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the K-Beauty sales team on the floor
  • Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on K-Beauty products
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Assist with visual merchandising, inventory, and product launches
  • Help achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Communicate effectively with store management

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or beauty sales experience (K-Beauty experience preferred)
  • Leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferred
