Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Video Content Creator and On-Camera Personality who is as comfortable in front of a lens as they are behind one. You will conceptualize, create, and appear in video content that brings ZenaTech's products and mission to life — from explainer videos and product spotlights to short-form social content and thought leadership pieces. If you have natural screen presence, a sharp creative instinct, and genuine curiosity about technology, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop original video content formats suited to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Serve as an on-camera host, narrator, and/or presenter for ZenaTech branded content, product demonstrations, and interview-format videos.
  • Write scripts and outlines for on-camera delivery and collaborate with marketing on messaging alignment.
  • Self-direct and self-shoot content in office, field, and event environments using available equipment.
  • Edit and post-produce own content and assist in editing other team members' footage.
  • Build and manage a content calendar in coordination with the social media and marketing teams.
  • Monitor performance analytics and adapt content approach based on engagement and platform data.
  • Represent ZenaTech authentically and professionally in all on-camera appearances.
  • Stay current with the latest content trends across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  • Create fast, engaging, platform native video content for social media, including content filmed on iPhones and other mobile devices.
  • Film, shoot, and capture content in office, field, event, and studio environments using available equipment.
  • Edit and post produce video content for social media, marketing, product, and branded storytelling needs.
  • Operate professional video and cinema cameras, including systems such as the Canon C80 and Canon C50.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience creating video content in a professional, brand, or media context — including work that features you on camera.
  • Natural, confident on-camera presence with the ability to communicate technical concepts in an engaging, accessible way.
  • Proficiency in self-directed filming (camera setup, framing, basic lighting for talking head and field formats).
  • Familiarity with editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci resolve.
  • Strong writing ability — comfortable drafting scripts, captions, and content briefs with minimal oversight.
  • A content portfolio or channel demonstrating on-camera work, brand storytelling, or audience engagement is required.
  • Post-secondary education in communications, film, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
