Job description

Job Title: IT Systems Administrator - Atlanta, Georgia location


Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to provide technical support, maintain, and secure on‑premises infrastructure, and support Microsoft cloud services. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues; manage Windows Server and virtualization environments; deploy and manage network security appliances; and document system architecture and procedures.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide support to internal users via phone, email and in person for hardware, network and software issues
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and manage M365 Environment
  • Deploy, configure and manage network.
  • Implement and maintain server and endpoint protection.
  • Produce and maintain clear documentation for systems architecture, configuration and policies.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and SAAS software providers


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in on-premises IT administration and end-user support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration as Administrator (Entra ID, SharePoint, Purview, Intune, Exchange Online)
  • Solid LAN networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a changing environment
  • Familiarity with some of the following equipment/tools/systems: NinjaOne, CrowdStrike, Datto, Fortigate, Ubiquiti


Certifications are a plus but not a requirement.
